Loan Signing Services

As a certified Loan Signing Agent, Ranisha ensures every signature, initial, and page is completed accurately to avoid costly delays. Whether you’re buying a home, refinancing, or handling other loan paperwork, you can trust us to guide the process smoothly and professionally.

Pricing: Loan signing services typically range from $100–$150 per package, depending on the type and complexity of the documents. Local travel is included, with additional fees for longer distances or after-hours appointments.

Travel Fees

Our mobile notary services are designed to save you time and bring convenience to your doorstep. Travel fees are based on distance and appointment time:

Local appointments (within 10 miles): $20 travel fee

Outside 10 miles: $1.25 per mile (round trip)

Evenings (after 7 PM): +$25

Weekends/Holidays: +$35

All fees are confirmed before your appointment so there are no surprises. California law requires a $15 per signature fee for all notarizations; travel fees are separate.
